Let's practice together

Find the practice that fits you

Vinyasa

A dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement in a continuous flow of poses. The term Vinyasa comes from Sanskrit, meaning "to place in a special way" referring to the intentional sequencing of postures.

As a yoga teacher, Vinyasa is my opportunity to guide you through a breath-connected flow that creates harmony between movement and mindfulness. My practice and teaching emphasize fluid transitions, creative sequencing, and a alignment, fostering strength, flexibility, and inner awareness.

Each class I get to lead, becomes a unique journey, helping students cultivate presence, balance, and personal growth through the power of breath and motion.

Duration: 1 hour to 1h15

About me

Who am I ?

A passionate yogi for over a decade.

I first stumbled upon yoga by accident while looking for a complement to my running routine. I remember stepping out of my first class, recharged, calm, deeply grateful and connected to myself. From that moment on, I never stopped showing up on my mat.

This journey led me to my first training - what started as a way to deepen my practice, transformed my entire path. I made the life-changing decision to dedicate myself to fully teaching, realizing that sharing this gift and profound well-being  was my true calling.

To me, yoga is more than just a physical practice, it is a way of living, allowing me to connect deeply to my body, listening inward, and cultivating balance.

My teaching is shaped by the idea that alignment in the body, leads to alignment within the mind.

I started practicing with Vinyasa, a dynamic and energetic practice that remains at the heart of my teaching. Guiding my students through a Yin, restorative practice is ideal for deepening awareness, slowing down and listening inward while experiencing a deep release in body and mind.

Over the years, Ashtanga became my daily practice. Its strength and discipline truly makes me experience the moving meditation that yoga aims to reach. Being able to share its benefit with my student is a daily gift.

At core of my teaching is the belief that yoga is about tuning in and honoring what your body seeks in the present moment.

Whether you ask for movement, stillness, or self-discovery, I’m here to guide you on your journey.

200hrs Vinyasa & Hatha

My very first training took place in Guatemala in 2023, surrounded by the magical Atitlan Lake. I got to deepen my practice and learn the bases of teaching. This wonderful experience made me fall in love with this practice all over again.

200hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa

A year and a half later, after teaching every day, I felt ready to deepen my knowledge. Ashtanga had been part of my personal practice for years. I thus decided to travel to Mysore, its homeland, to go back to the roots of this practice and deepen my understanding of its history and philosophy.
